Who Can Donate?

Donor Qualifications

All individuals who wish to give blood must:

be 17 years old.or more
weigh at least 110 pounds
bring a picture ID
bring one of the following (driver's license, passport, or social security number)

How Often Can I Help?

You can donate blood every 56 days or eight weeks, not to exceed six times per year.
You may donate platelets every 3 days, not to exceed 24 times per year.
