Long Term Disability Insurance

If you become disabled and cannot work, continuing your income is important for your economic well-being.  Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage provides monthly income if you become totally disabled by illness or injury and are unable to work.  After the waiting period, the benefit amount you receive is combined from all sources to equal at least the percentage-of-pay coverage you selected.  Your LTD options are as follows:

Part-Time Employees

• 40% of Base Pay, 180-day Waiting Period 
• 50% of Base Pay, 180-day Waiting Period

Full-Time Employees

• 60% of Base Pay, 180-day Waiting Period
• 60% of Base Pay, 90-day Waiting Period
