Retirement Savings
We offer employees both 401(k) and 403(b) retirement savings plans.
The 401(k) plan will allow the employee to build their retirement savings in three ways.
- Employer Contribution
CHLA will contribute (base contribution) 1% of gross pay after one plan year (1,000 hours) of employment.
- Pre-tax Salary Deferrals
Employees are allowed to defer an amount ranging from 1% to 50% up to the IRS statutory limits. Employees may begin contributions on their first day of employment.
- Employer Matching Contribution
We will contribute a 100% matching contribution on employee salary deferrals up to maximum which is equivalent to 3% of the employees pay each pay period after one plan year (1,000 hours) of employment.
We also offer a 403(b) plan to employees.
