Employees become eligible for most benefits on the first day of the month following one full month of continuous employment. Employees eligible for the Retirement Savings Plan may begin participation on their date of hire. Eligible employees may cover their families, including domestic partners and the children of domestic partners. Any employee contributions to the various plans are made in pre-tax dollars. However coverage for domestic partners is purchased with after-tax dollars. The hospital offers a special benefits package for nurses. |
