High School Summer Research Program
Video length: 09:22
Summer Research Internship for African American and Latino Public High School Students

The Saban Research Institute of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, recognized internationally for its expertise in clinical care, biomedical research, and education, is offering 15 paid internships for the 2008 six-week summer session for public school students entering 12th grade.

This summer session is designed to expose public high school students to careers in biomedical research.  Institute scientists give qualified and motivated high school students the opportunity to participate in research projects centered on pediatric diseases.
