California Children Services (CCS)

Los Angeles County's California Children's Services assists with payment for medical services for children or young adults with specified medical conditions.

Medical services covered by CCS must be pre-authorized and provided by CCS-approved doctors and hospitals.  The program is open to anyone who meets the following requirements:

• under 21 years of age
• has physical limitations or disease covered by CCS
• meets the residential requirement
• is financially eligible
